Agency is one of Europe largest research organisations. Among
it’s 12,000 staff, DERA employs many leading scientists and internationally
acclaimed experts. It carries out a range of unique services,
from the highest level of operational studies and analysis to various categories
of applied research in defence, human sciences such as neurophysiology
and personnel performance; space; communications; business services and
many others. DERA’s ground breaking achievements such as radar
