Ferrero have donated four crates of Nutella to the expedition.  The Nutella will provide an oasis of luxury amongst the freeze dried meals when the team are high on the mountain and the energy to make a summit attempt. The climbers recommend Nutella to walkers and climbers. IST have sponsored the expedition with a donation.  IST is a small company of 20 people with three divisions specialising in manufacturing of optics and electronic assembly, product development on optical design and machine vision, and a media section which specialises in Internet related design and software.     Rick White Signature Series (Qld) Pty Ltd  is supporting the expedition and has produced custom made down gear using 800+ loft Siberian down for extreme warmth. Team members have selected Hardcore Duvet Jackets and South Col Sleeping bags for the venture. South Midlands Communications Ltd SMC (South Midlands Communications Ltd) are providing the team with VHF safety communications at a heavily discounted rate including hands-free kits and lightweight flexible solar panels to charge the batteries. Handspring kindly provided one of their palmtop computers, a Visor, for assessment in the harsh conditions the team had to endure.  A full report will be published shortly, however we can say, the Visor performed exceptionally well and is recommended to other expeditions.  Matra BAe Dynamics have sponsored the expedition with a donation.
